Overall
During the period of January 2019 to December 2019, in the communities of Estero, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Naples, Marco Island and Cape Coral, a total of 33,188 homes were sold. Of those sales, 22, 578 were single-family homes, while 10,610 were classified as condo/townhomes Data from the MLS further indicates that 601 of the combined properties were classified as foreclosures, whereas 100 of them were classified as short sales.
Bonita Springs
During the period of January 2019 to December 2019, the average sales price for homes in Bonita Springs was calculated at $483,854.
Estero
During the period of January 2019 to December 2019, the average sales price for homes in Estero was calculated at $340,750.
Naples
During the period of January 2019 to December 2019, the average sales price for homes in Naples was calculated at $591,116.
Fort Myers
During the period of January 2019 to December 2019, the average sales price for homes in Fort Myers was calculated at $260,996
Cape Coral
Moving up the coast to the north, during the period of January 2019 to December 2019, the average sales price for homes in Cape Coral was calculated at $282,854.
Marco Island
During the period of January 2019 to December 2019, the average sales price for homes in Marco Island was calculated at $752,722.
