Realtor.com data also shows that during that same reporting period, Bonita Springs and Estero were among the most searched metro markets in the United States.

There are several factors contributing to the sustained interest in SWFL properties. For example, lifestyle changes in the past year, such as an increased propensity for homeschooling and working from home, means that both individuals and families require more space. That, combined with the all-too-recent memory of last month’s snow and ice storm, has caused telecommuters to rethink where in the US they’d like to have their home office.
