For example, according to the Regional Economic Research Institute at Florida Gulf Coast University, single-family home sales within SWFL costal counties rose by a whopping 48% in October 2020, compared to October 2019. Also, notable, is that single family home prices for all three coastal counties- increased between 13-33% during that same reporting period.

Yes, that’s right. Despite the pandemic, buyers are still actively looking—both virtually and in person—and to say that the residential real estate market is “active” would be an understatement.
